Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, use our convenient online booking tool on this website or visit one of our clinics for a walk-in reservation.
If you’re feeling unwell or exhibit symptoms of Covid-19 or any other contagious illness, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. Prioritizing your safety and the well-being of our staff is our top concern.
Once your appointment is booked at your chosen branch, please note that changing the location or time of your appointment is only possible with a minimum 24-hour notice.
Please be aware that if your appointment is at Clinic Fernandez Blanco, you won’t have access to our luxurious lounge facilities available at our other locations.
Appointment Type
For the best experience, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to your appointment. This extra time allows you to prepare yourself and fully enjoy our treatment and lounge amenities.
IV Therapy & Booster Shots
It’s crucial to ensure that the IV drip or booster shot treatment you’ve selected is suitable for you and aligns with your health goals and the treatment process.
If you have any allergies that might impact your treatment, please inform our team before the session. If you’ve booked IV therapy or a booster shot without a doctor’s consultation, you’re opting for a self- referred treatment.
Should you wish to change your IV drip therapy or booster shot type, please notify our team at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last-minute changes.
Diagnostic Tests
If you’re scheduling a blood test with us, please note that our phlebotomists cannot provide guidance on which test is appropriate for you. According to health services regulations, only doctors (including GPs or Clinical Scientists) can offer such advice.
If you’re booking a test without a doctor’s consultation, you’re making a self-referred decision. Explanation of your test results will be available through a doctor’s consultation with one of our physicians or your own doctor.
It’s your responsibility to understand the test you’ve booked and be satisfied with what it reveals about your health.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment or change the location to a different branch once, as long as it’s within your first booking.
Please contact our team via phone or email no later than 24 hours before your appointment time. Please note that any cancellations after rescheduling are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refund
For cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice before your appointment, you’ll receive a refund, minus a €30 admin fee for processing.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice before your appointment, no refunds will be issued. For no-shows, refunds are not applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 5 – 10 business working days and will be returned to your original payment method with us.
